Pick, pack & ship
Orders that reach us before the 2pm CT cutoff go out the same business day. We pick from your bins, pack to your spec in your own boxes and inserts if you supply them, and hand off to USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Returns processing
Returns come back to us, not to your kitchen table. We receive them, inspect the condition, and either restock the item or set it aside for you to review. Every return is logged with a photo.

Common questions.
How does billing actually work?
Two parts. A monthly plan covers your storage allowance and a set number of orders. Anything beyond that is billed from the rate card — per parcel received, per item picked, extra bins, materials, and postage at the carrier's rate. Because those pieces are metered, invoice totals rarely land on round numbers. A typical month for a Starter seller runs somewhere between $60 and $180.
Do you deliver the packages yourselves?
No. We are a fulfillment operation, not a carrier. We pick, pack, label, and hand your parcels to USPS, UPS, or FedEx — they handle the transport and the final delivery. We do not run trucks and we do not do last-mile delivery.
Is there a contract or a minimum?
No contract and no minimum volume. Plans are month to month and you can move up, move down, or stop with 30 days' notice. You can also skip the plan entirely and pay per parcel.
What if my costs change month to month?
That is normal and expected. Seasonal sellers often run a quiet $40 month and a $400 month in November. The plan stays flat and the metered portion moves with your actual volume, so you are never paying for capacity you did not use.
Can you handle something outside the rate card?
Usually, yes. Kitting, bundling, relabeling, photography, and one-off projects are quoted individually and invoiced on their own. Tell us what you need and you will get a written price before any work starts.
How do I pay?
We invoice by email with a secure payment link. Card payments are processed by Stripe over an encrypted connection — we never see or store your full card number. Monthly plans can be set to charge automatically, and bank transfer is available for recurring accounts.
Can you use my own packaging?
Yes. Send us your boxes, tape, mailers, and inserts and we will pack to your spec. Packaging you supply is stored alongside your inventory at no extra charge.
How quickly can we start?
Once you approve the quote, we can usually have your receiving address ready within two business days. Larger intakes that need dedicated shelving take a little longer to scope — we will give you the realistic date, not the optimistic one.
