Information We Collect
- Contact information you submit through our quote request form: name, email address, company, and the details of what you need moved.
- Shipment information needed to perform the service: origin and destination addresses, recipient names and contact details, and descriptions of goods.
- Billing information such as billing address and invoice history.
- Basic technical data from your visit, such as pages viewed and general request logs used to keep the site secure and working.
Payment Information
Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Card details are submitted directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection and are never received or stored on our servers. We receive only the outcome of the transaction, the amount, and a reference identifier. Stripe's handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy.
How We Use Information
- To prepare quotes and respond to your inquiries.
- To perform the services: booking carriers, preparing shipping documentation, and coordinating delivery.
- To invoice you and process payments.
- To handle claims, retain proof of delivery, and meet recordkeeping obligations.
- To communicate about active shipments and account matters.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who We Share It With
We share only what is necessary to perform the service, and only with:
- Carriers and delivery partners, who need origin, destination, contact, and shipment details to complete the movement.
- Our payment processor, for billing and payment processing.
- Professional advisors and authorities where we are required to do so by law or valid legal process.
Retention
We keep shipment and billing records for as long as needed to provide the service and to satisfy legal, tax, and claims-handling requirements, typically seven years for financial records. Quote requests that do not become engagements are removed within 24 months.
Security
Our site is served over HTTPS. Access to client records is limited to personnel who need it to do their jobs. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, and to opt out of certain uses. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Deletion requests are subject to records we are legally required to retain, such as completed transaction and tax records.

Children
Our services are directed to businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
